PREFACE

This series inverter is our company most developed pure sine wave. Sine the launch in early 2003, after the market feedback and continuous improvement, it has been perfect and a lot of electricity exported to the poorest India, Iraq and other countries. Product quality has been tested.

Shown in the following aspects:

1) Completely controlled by CPU, and it is unique throughout the world, when you increase the stability of the inverter, it reduces its costs.

2) Super wide input voltage: 90v-280v with four step AVR built-in. 3) Protections against output short-circuit; against overload, high voltage and low voltage protection , over heating protection, battery anti-polarity protection. Etc.

4) With different DC voltage, such as 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, 72V, 96V, 220V, 240V, 110V, (optional).

5) With RS232 software, SNMP card(optional)

6) LCD display or LED display (optional).

7) Output voltage AC: 220v, 230v, 240v (optional).

8) With charger built-in. The charger is controlled by CPU, charging current for 500W-1000W is about 10A --- -25A (adjustable).

9) With driving inductive loads capability, such as fridge, TV, air-conditioner, washing machine, micro-oven wave, motor and so on.

First, security issues
1, installation
I. Install away from combustible materials, or may cause fire.

. Inverter Used to connect the battery, the battery should be installed in the battery box, can not be placed indoors bare.

Second, when wiring

1.The equipping wiring of 12KW inverter should be done by professional technician, or a risk of electric shock.

2. Pls note whether the power is disconnected or not before wiring, or there will be electric shock.

3. External battery may not short circuit, or will cause significant harm to people and damage the equipment.

Note
Must pay attention to the inverter battery cables, positive (red) can only be connected battery, negative (black) can only access the battery negative, otherwise it will damage the inverter and  not in the warranty.
Note: Do not pour water and other liquid debris inside the inverter, or cause equipment damage
Bad.

 

INSTALLATION

1.The inverters is equipped with power input socket, as long as plug the inverter input power into the mains socket.

a) First make sure the battery is connected correctly and firmly, if unfirm, it’s prone to battery ignition phenomenon and will damage the inverter.

b) Check whether the battery voltage with the inverter input DC voltage is compatible, the inverter battery cable(red is positive, black is negative) are connected to the battery positive and negative.

c) Start pressing the inverter, after the inverter inversion is normal( yellow light is on), plug the entrance power plug into the mains outlet to complete starting machine.

 

2.Installation of inverter to no distribution mains input socket.
a)Electrical wiring must be requested by inverter wiring.

c) First connect the external battery, make sure the battery is connected correctly and firmly.

d) 2KW-4KW DC voltage is 48V, that is four pcs batteries connected in series, 5KW-10KW is 96V or 240V, mark according to the subject on the machine.

e) By electrical standards, connect the input and output lines to the electricity grid.

f) Then connect the machine’s battery cable to the positive and negative extreme  of the external battery.(Red positive, Black negative).

g) Press the start switch, after the inverter working normally, then the yellow light is on, and close the electricity input switch.

ATTENTION

If don’t follow the above instructions, it may damage the equipment, this is not in the warranty.

 

INVERTER OPERATION PROGRAM

1. Inversion operation at battery mode

First access the required battery pack to the inverter, press the power button ( on), we will hear the machine tweet, then the machine is into the self-test(city lights flashing, this process about three seconds). Inverter indicator light is on that means self –test completed. Note the machine operates normally, this time the inverter output is steady pure sine wave voltage of 220V, AC load equipment can be connected at this time.

2.Inverter operation at municipal electricity

Access the required battery pack to the inverter, then enter the electricity, the machine starts automatically.

3.Proper close procedure

Press the shutdown button(OFF) about three seconds( if any electricity, should disconnect the electricity input, and then do this, otherwise it will damage the inverter), the machines shuts down normally.

Warning: The above steps must be strictly in accordance with the order.

 

INVERTER WORKNG PRINCIPLE

a)       Normal operation

Input power is normal, inverter output power from the main inut power output provided by the bypass, while also charging the battery.

b)       Battery running

The main input power disconnected, the load from the battery-powered inverter, or when the main input supply voltage is too high or too low, in this case the inverter will automatically switch to battery power.

Note: Due to load power relates with discharging time, the battery will be damaged to reduce efficiency by cold or high temperature, we can disconnect some of the load to extend the time of power. When input power, power supply disconnects, the alarm will be ringing on and on. When the battery is discharged to the critical termination voltage(END OF DURATON PRE-ALARM), alarm sound frequency speeds, the best way is to end all onging work. When the primary input power to power failure, battery depletion, inverter stops power supply. When the main power is restored, inverter will offer the electricity, the same inverter to charge the battery automatically.

c)       CPU

Control of the inverter operation status.

d)       Battery

Provide backup power for the inverter, depending on the backup time, maching different capacity of batteries.

e)       Inverter

Inverter output section, transfer DC voltage or DC battery voltage of  the rectifier into a stable sine wave AC voltage, in normal circumstances, the inverter output section is powered by the bypass.

f)        Inverter bypass

In the normal case input electricity, the load will be powered by static bypass switch. At this point, if the main input power failure, the output

will be battery-powered, so the load keeps working.

Note:

The inverter is maintenated by professional technicians, input and battery switch has power in case of disconnecting. Non professional personnel will not noly damage the inverter devices , but also hurt personnel.

Note: The inverter is not recommended long term operation with full load, otherwise it will affect their life, the best way is 80% for the best.

INVERTER REPAIR AND MAINTANCE

(A) Regular maintenance

Inverter’s only need for regular inspection of the battery and the fan.

1.       fans require regular inspection and cleaning.

2.       Any battery replacement should be carried out by professional. The replaced battery must be sent to recalling palce, according to the law identified as” toxic waste”. Battery life according to operating temperature, determined by the number of discharge cycles, at 20 degrees celsius, the average battery life is about 3 to 5 years, if the ambient temperature is above 30 degrees centigrade, the battery life will be halved, the battery capacity will remain stable after the chagrge and discharge increased, and finally after hundreds of charge, discharge cycles will be compromised.

3.       If we find the poor performance of the battery, the battery must be replaced. Replacing batteries must be professional execution.

4.       The battery should not be individually replaced, should follow the overall replacement battery supplier’s instructions.

(B) Battery maintance

1. The ambient temperature maintanined at 20 to 25 degrees celsius:

2. The best in the first month for 2 to 3 cycles charging and discharging.

3.After the first month, every 3 months, discharge and charge once.

(C) Alarm 1:  low voltage battery

   Alarm will sound in the following condition:

1. The battery voltage is too low:

2. Battery run time lower than the set schedule.

(D)Alarm 2: Output overload

 Refers to the rated overload power output is too large, that percentage of the value greater than 100%, if the value of 0 peak load current is too large, then the inverter will alarm. When the inverter alarm, need to reduce the total value of the inverse calculation.

(E) Alarm 3: Overheating or fan failure

   When the inverter control system, inverter power, rectifier power module caused by overheating situation due to environmental temperature or fan failure.

Note;

1.       Shut down the inverter and keep it far away from the mains electricity before replacing the batteries.

2.       Take off like rings, watches, metal objects and so on.

3.       Use a screwdriver with insulated handle, don’t put tools or other metal objects on the power.

4.       When connecting the battery cable, a small spark occurs in the joints is normal, will not cause harm to personal safety and inverter.

5.       Don't shorten the battery or reverse polarity!
